At FitDays, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

The product must be returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any complimentary items.

The product must not show signs of misuse, damage, or alteration caused after delivery.

Proof of purchase or your order number must be provided.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Return Timeframe
You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
Return requests submitted after this period may not be eligible unless required by applicable law.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected:

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
Shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

A brief description of the issue
After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are received damaged or defective:

Products that have been used or damaged after delivery

Products without original packaging or accessories

Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

Gift cards, promotional items, or free gifts

Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened or used, where applicable
7. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, or manufacturing defect), FitDays will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
Where available, we may arrange a reverse pickup for your convenience.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. You may instead request a return after delivery if the product qualifies under this policy.
